The training is live and instructor-led. You join scheduled sessions with a trainer and other learners, rather than working through videos in your own time.
Can I ask questions during the course?
Yes. You can ask your trainer questions and take part in discussion as you work through the course material.
Does CITB allow online SMSTS and SSSTS training?
Yes. CITB allows remote delivery of SMSTS and SSSTS. You still need to meet the attendance and assessment requirements for your chosen course.
Do I need the full SMSTS course or the refresher?
The full SMSTS course takes five days. The two-day refresher is for delegates with a valid SMSTS certificate who need to renew it. If your certificate has expired, the refresher course information says you must take the full course.
